Human resources requiredServer-Side Engineer (Creator Division) Required Qualifications • Minimum 2 years of professional experience • Ability to communicate effectively in Japanese ⸻ Preferred Skills and Experience • Strong interest in smartphone games • Experience in database design • Knowledge of SQL • Familiarity with Linux systems • Understanding of security best practices • Experience in web service development • Experience using Git / GitHub (or equivalent services) in a collaborative workflow • Experience in outsourcing coordination or management • Experience with cloud services such as AWS ⸻ Application Requirements • Applicants are required to submit a proposal document and a skills sheet. • Those applying for a full-time position may also be involved in non-engineering duties and will be considered for a career path toward project management. ⸻ Employment Type • Full-time employee or contract employee (6-month probationary period after joining) ⸻ Compensation • Annual Salary: ¥3.8M–¥7.4M (excluding performance-based bonuses) • Total Annual Compensation (2024 example): ¥8.1M (4th year employee) Figures include both full-time and contract positions. Final salary will be determined based on skills, experience, and personal preference. ⸻ Benefits and Working Conditions • Two performance-based bonuses per year • Annual salary review • Full social insurance coverage • Five-day workweek (Saturday, Sunday, and national holidays off) • Paid annual leave • Four flexible summer vacation days • New Year holidays (December 30 – January 3) • Housing allowance, nearby residence allowance, and commuting allowance (up to ¥20,000/month) • Remote work available upon consultation (as of January 2022) ⸻ Comment from the Hiring Manager In addition to developing features related to live operations, you will also be involved in planning and implementing new features from the early concept stage. Human resources requiredGame Operations Planner As a Game Operations Planner for smartphone titles, you will be responsible for a wide range of live operations tasks, including planning and executing events and campaigns, adjusting game balance, creating specification documents, managing schedules, and supporting testing operations. You will also collaborate closely with the development and design teams to help deliver a more engaging and high-quality game experience. ⸻ Job Responsibilities • Plan, design, and execute in-game events and campaigns • Adjust game balance and design gameplay parameters • Analyze KPIs and propose improvements based on data • Analyze user behavior and reflect feedback in game updates • Create specification documents and coordinate with development teams • Manage schedules and oversee project progress • Perform data entry and related operational tasks ⸻ Qualifications Required Skills and Experience 1.
